Stig in: A place to get lost and hide away. A brand new experience where interior design meets storytelling. An exhibition inspired by the beloved books by Swedish author Pija Lindenbaum.

A place to get lost and hide away. A brand new experience where interior design meets storytelling. An exhibition inspired by the beloved books by Swedish author Pija Lindenbaum.

Take a step over the threshold and embark on a winding journey created on a surface of about 200 square meters. The atmosphere is evocative and in contrast to the other spaces at Junibacken, this is a place where the visitor does not need to be activated. The design, styling and choice of materials lead the visitor to hide away, sleep astray or rest among the gray wolves in the deepest forest. This exhibition was created in close collaboration with author Pija Lindenbaum, whose fantastic literary worlds are the basis for colors, shapes and characteristic references.

"This is a dream for me! To create a different exhibition for children and their adults. At Junibacken!" Pija Lindenbaum

"This is this year's big investment where a completely new experience takes place at Junibacken. Feeling, smelling and listening are part of the new experience. Everything we offer is based on the children's book with the goal of igniting the spark to lifelong reading, which is why Pija's work was an obvious choice for us. We welcome one of the country's foremost and most acclaimed picture book creators." Kajsa Medin Hansen, Junibackens CEO
